Man cited in accident in Bazetta Twp.
WARREN A Cortland man was treated at St. Joseph Health Center and released after he drove his car off state Route 305 in Bazetta Township at around 10 p.m. Friday.
Richard Robinson, 48, of Everett-Hull Road, was driving west near the entrance to Mosquito Lake State Park when his car left the road on the lake side of the road and turned onto its side into a shallow drainage ditch.
A passenger, Anthony Robinson, 17, of the Everett-Hull address, was not injured.
The Haz-Mat team responded to the scene and cleaned up a small amount of gasoline, said Trooper Kevin Brown of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Richard Robinson was cited for driving under the influence and failure to control.
