RIG FLIPS ON RAMP

HELPING HAND: Vienna Township Fire Department rescue workers help Raymond Gratzer, 73, of Pennsylvania, out of a tractor-trailer he was driving that overturned on the off ramp from state Route 11 south to state Route 82 east. The Ohio State Highway Patrol post in Warren said Gratzer was uninjured in the accident Wednesday afternoon. No other vehicles were involved. The ramp was closed for a short time.
