Cities in our region
The percentage of people age 16 and older who have volunteered in the previous year for each of the 50 largest metropolitan areas. The Corporation for National and Community Service, a federal agency, used Census Bureau data to determine the average volunteer rate for each metro area from 2004 to 2006. The overall national rate is 28.1.
