Because the Social Security Administration's new Warren office opens Monday at the Gibson Building, 258 E. Market St., there will be limited public service until Wednesday.

If Social Security business is not urgent, office manager Barry Linville suggests waiting until Wednesday, or using the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. toll-free service at (800) 772-1213.

Or, business can be conducted and information obtained by using the agency's Web site, www.socialsecurity.gov.

The office will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The local number, (330) 399-7518, will remain the same.
