Name: Thomas C. Carter Jr..
Age: 52.
Height: 5 feet 11 inches.
Weight: 230 pounds.
Eyes: Brown.
Hair: Black.
Charges: Attempted murder and felonious assault.
Anyone with information on this suspect should call (866) 4-WANTED. Callers do not have to identify themselves. Cash rewards will be given to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
