ACTION Upcoming events
ACTION, the Alliance for Congregational Transformation Influencing Our Neighborhoods, focuses on community safety, education and young people, and immigration. Its mission is to build a multiethnic, multiracial and interfaith organization of congregations and other groups in the area.
Events: A holy ground march is planned at 10 a.m. Aug. 25 starting at First Unitarian Universalist Church, 1105 Elm St., Youngstown. A strategy team meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 10 at Holy Bible Church, 54 St. Louis Ave., Youngstown.
