LISBON Betsy Coy, 32, of Lisbon was in critical condition at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown on Sunday evening with injuries suffered in a four-car accident Sunday afternoon on state Route 45, near Teegarden Road.
Ohio State Highway Patrol at Lisbon reported that Coy's vehicle was southbound on Route 45 and went left of center.
Coy's vehicle struck head-on a car driven by Larry Haupt, 67, of Salineville. A tire from Coy's car then hit a second car, driven by David Wells, 21, of Lisbon. Coy's car was then hit by a car driven by Amy Trombetto, 32, of Lisbon.
