Air station youths
see K-9 in action

Christian Ott, 9, of Youngstown, above, pets Rico, a police dog working with North Olmsted police patrolman Robert Wagner. Rico was on hand for a demonstration Tuesday at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station, and Christian was among those attending the Joint Services Youth Camp there. The camp is for children of civilian and military personnel at the base. At right, North Olmsted patrolman Tony Periandri feels the business end of the K-9 dog during a demonstration of Rico's abilities.
