TRUMBULL COUNTY Grand jury indictments
The grand jury indicted 30 people Thursday, including five secretly. Those indicted secretly will not be identified until they are arrested. Arraignments will be at 1:30 p.m. July 26, before Judge Peter Kontos of common pleas court. Those indicted and the charges against them are:
Robert Gallagher, 36, of Albion, Pa., burglary (two counts).
Michael Jenkins, 29, of Youngstown, intimidation of victim or witness.
Frederick A. Davis, 39, of Warren, aggravated vehicular assault (two counts).
Jeremy Robert Bower, 20, of Youngstown, possession of cocaine.
Nicholas C. Makris, 33, of Warren, criminal damaging; remanded to Warren Municipal Court as a misdemeanor.
James L. Davis, 23, of Warren, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Joyce E. Marrow, of Warren, 55, of Warren, passing bad checks.
Mario Holmes, 41, of Warren, possession of cocaine.
Destiny Coots, 19, of Leavittsburg, robbery (three counts), theft from an elderly person (two counts), receiving stolen property.
Thomas E. Gunter, 25, of Masury, pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Kimberly Sue Bowers, 31, of Howland, possession of cocaine.
Dustin L. Desmith, 22, of Leavittsburg, theft from an elderly person, receiving stolen property.
Andre L. Roberts, 30, of Warren, possession of cocaine.
Roderick L. Lewis, 48, of Warren, theft.
Melvin L. Jordan, 42, of Sharpsville, Pa., complicity to trafficking in cocaine with cash forfeiture, possession of cocaine with cash forfeiture, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gregory P. Marlowe Jr., 40, of Warren, receiving stolen property (two counts).
Tamara Washington, 20, of Warren, carrying a concealed weapon, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
David K. Coram, 36, of Warren, possession of marijuana; remanded to Warren Municipal Court as a misdemeanor.
Martin W. Fisher, 45, of Cortland, possession of cocaine.
Daniel J. Snipes, 43, of Warren, unauthorized use of a vehicle; remanded to Warren Municipal Court as a misdemeanor.
Glenn A. Brantley, 46, of Warren, robbery.
Adam J. Pondillo, 25, of Youngstown, complicity to theft, complicity to breaking and entering.
Darrell H. Bontrager, 42, West Farmington, theft.
Edward E. Clay, 44, of Niles, criminal trespass; remanded to Niles Municipal Court as a misdemeanor.
Beverly B. Kraynak, 38, of Niles, possession of cocaine.
The grand jury declined to indict:
Michael C. Dickson, 24, of Niles, pleaded guilty to a bill of information of possessing firearms in a liquor permit premises; sentenced to 31/2 years in prison; charges of felonious assault and inducing panic were dismissed.
Keylin Dawain Shaw, 21, of Youngstown, forgery, theft.
Ryan R. Pepko, 20, of Cortland, burglary.
Makris, abduction.
Chad E. Deming, 36, of Boardman, domestic violence.
Jeremy R. Bowser, 20, of Boardman, tampering with evidence.
Keith Hershberger, 19, of Warren, burglary.
Gunter, use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
Coots, robbery.
Desmith, complicity to robbery, complicity to theft.
Coram, trafficking in marijuana.
Snipes, theft.
Christopher L. Dean, 22, of Niles, felonious assault.
Frank L. Styno, 28, of North Bloomfield, failure to register change of address.
Clay, aggravated robbery.
