ROUTE 11 TIE-UP

TRAFFIC JAM: Motorists have to wait out a major traffic tie-up on Interstate 80 westbound near the ramp for state Route 11 south. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said the snarl Saturday was caused by a sport utility vehicle pulling a trailer that hit a concrete barrier at the ramp. The patrol said no one was injured, but the mishap caused traffic to back up for some time.
