Dorothy Kavoklis, 80

BOARDMAN – Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Greek Orthodox Church in Boardman for Dorothy Kavoklis, 80, who passed away early Saturday morning.
Dorothy was born Sept. 8, 1926 in Youngstown, the daughter of Gregory and Helen (Flessa) Rossvanes.
She was a graduate of South High School and a member of Phlioptochos of the church. She loved to sew, working with ceramics and gardening flowers.
Her husband, Atty. K.J. Kavoklis, passed away on Nov. 6, 1980.
She leaves behind a daughter, Diane Finch of Boardman; two sons, John (Karen) Kavoklis and Greg (Robin) Kavoklis, both of California; six grandchildren, Jena, Anton, Gregory, Nicholas, Kaleigh and Molly; two sisters, Ethyl Mazarakis and Mary Rossi; and a brother, Charles Rossvanes.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Robert Finch; and a brother, Nick Rossvanes.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to the church.
