Earlene Boswell, 75

YOUNGSTOWN – Services will be at noon on Thursday, Jan. 11, at the L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home for Earlene Boswell, 75, who departed this life Jan. 7 at Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
She was born July 31, 1931 in Carrollton, Ga., a daughter of Otto Sr. and Irene Powell North.
Mrs. Boswell was a graduate of South High School and was a cook at the South Park Restaurant, last working in 1982.
She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters, Crystal L. Allen and Patricia (Clarence) Gordon, both of Youngstown, Marilyn Allie of Columbus, Ohio, and Ramona Schuch both of Columbus, Wis.; three sisters, Claudia Peirson, Opal (Clarence) McCoy and Pearl Carter all of Youngstown; a brother, Otto (Beverly) North, Jr. of West Virginia; seven grandchildren, Raevonne Allen, Irene Gordon, Andre’ Allie Jr. and Clarence Gordon, Jr., all of Youngstown, and Desiree’ and Ebony Allen, both of Columbus, Ohio, and Sharona McKinney of Wisconsin; six great-grandchildren, Jalen Sanders, Dreshawn Allie and Neil Gordon, all of Youngstown, Dream Thomas of Columbus and Armonde’ and Zharreah McKinney, both of Wisconsin; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Her parents; a son, Freddie M. Boswell; two sisters, Mattie North and Dorothy Brown; and a brother, Raymond North, all preceded her in death.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Jan. 11, at the funeral home.
