Betty Jane Wilmoth

WARREN – Betty Jane Wilmoth, of 725 Ohio Ave. N.W., died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, at St. Elizabeth Health Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born Dec. 12, 1939 in Warren, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Garabrant) Marsh.
A lifetime area resident, she was a loving homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking. She was an avid sports fan and also enjoyed playing darts.
Betty is survived by her husband, Robert E. Wilmoth, whom she married Oct. 5, 1974; a daughter, Darlene M. Davies of Newton Falls; a son, Jeffrey T. (Roberta) Davies of Warren; her stepchildren, Alan Davies of Youngstown, Robert T. (Kimberly) Wilmoth of Lake Milton, Susan L. (James) Pilkenton of Charlotte, N.C., and Connie L. Johnson of Bradenton, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, William E. Marsh Jr. and Robert J. Marsh; and a sister, Shirley Collins.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Roberts-Clark Chapel, where friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and for one hour prior to the service. Pastor Gene Eason will officiate.
Cremation will follow and her ashes will be buried at Pineview Memorial Park.
