Grace Zedaker, 94
LAS VEGAS Grace Zedaker, 94, formerly of Masury, died Friday, Jan. 19.
Grace was born Jan, 1, 1913 in Butler County, Pa., a daughter of William H. and Ina B. (Allison) Shook.
A 1932 graduate of Sharon High School, Mrs. Zedaker worked in the Westinghouse T Building during WWII. She also worked for Sharon Brick & Tile as an office clerk.
She was a member of the Brookfield United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Methodist Womans Club, and she was a former member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Sharon, Pa.
Survivors include her sons, Ray Zedaker of Hubbard and Tom Zedaker of Las Vegas; her daughter, Ann-Nita Allender of Newton Falls; her 14 grandchildren; her 15 great-grandchildren; and her three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harry L. Zedaker, whom she married April 30, 1934, and died Jan. 17, 1999; her son, Edward Zedaker; her brothers, Jay, Roy, and Kenneth Shook; her sisters, Ora Schmidt, Hazel Griffith and Lois Lengauer; her grandson, Timothy Zedaker; and her great-granddaughter, Samantha Jane LaRocco.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Madasz Funeral Chapel, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. Dennis Bewley, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
