Ella Loosemore, 71

MASURY – A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at the Lane Funeral Homes, Madasz Chapel in Brookfield for Ella Loosemore, 71, who passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009, at 7:45 a.m. in the emergency room of Sharon Regional Health Center.
Ella was born Feb. 18, 1938, in Spanishburg, W.Va., the daughter of the late Roy and Alice (Boyd) McGhee.
Ella was retired from Meadowbrook Manor and enjoyed gardening, flowers and reading.
Ella is survived by her husband, David W. Loosemore, whom she married Jan. 4, 1958; her children, Daniel Loosemore of Masury, Johnna (John) Peretic of Masury, Donald Loosemore of Niles and Richard Loosemore of Masury; three sisters, Betty Miller of Hermitage, Pa., Mona Passerini of Transfer, Pa., Marian Cornell of Urbana; three brothers, Bruce McGhee of Masury, Glenn McGhee of Sharon, Pa. and Floyd McGhee of Masury; 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Ella was preceded in death by two children, David and Kemma Loosemore; a sister, Barbara Gault; and a brother, Jack McGhee.
Family will receive friends on Monday, March 2, 2009, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
