Mary Lou Zacharko, 64

YOUNGSTOWN--There will be services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Spanish Seven Day Adventist Church for Mary Lou Zacharko, 64, who died Friday evening at her residence.
Mary Lou was born Aug. 16, 1942 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, a daughter of Ignacio Villa Valencia and Aurora Sanchez Salvivar.
She moved to the United States and Youngstown in 1969. She married Taras Zacharko Sr. in 1969, and he passed away Sept. 27, 2001.
Mary Lou was a member of the church, where she loved singing. She also loved cooking.
Besides her mother of Mexico, Mary Lou leaves five children to cherish her memory, Rosa (Felix) Figueroa of Youngstown, Michalina (Michael) Jones of Hubbard, Claudia Zacharko of Youngstown, Taras ( Rosanna ) Zacharko Jr. of San Diago, and Sergio Villa of Savannah, Ga. She also leaves her sisters, Guadalupe, Ofelia, Isabel, Ignacio and Martha; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Melecio.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Spanish Seven Day Adventist Church, 155 Lansdowne Blvd. in Youngstown.
Arrangements are being handled by the Fox Funeral Home in Boardman.
