Anne T. Gray, 86

LAKE MILTON – There will be funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge Chapel for Anne T. Gray, 86, who died late Wednesday evening at Akron Manor Care in Akron.
Anne was born Feb. 28, 1920 in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Anthony and Stefanie (Kreske) Thomas.
She retired in July of 1988 from the Youngstown school system, where she had taught for 19 years, and had also taught six years in Port Clinton.
Anne was a member of St. Roberts Church in Cortland and had worked for the United Steel Workers as a secretary.
Her husband, Jack C. Gray, whom she married in 1958, died July 24, 1991.
She is survived by a daughter, Charlotte Pantea of Akron; three grandchildren, Scott and Mark Pantea and Maggie Throckmorton; three great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Charles Organic of Florida.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Josephine Cramer and Stella Thomas.
Friends may call Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
