Rosemary Quinn OMalley, 79
BOARDMAN There will be services at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Fox Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Columba Cathedral for Rosemary Quinn OMalley, 79, who died Saturday morning at Saint Elizabeth Health Center.
Mrs. OMalley was born July 13, 1927 in Youngstown, the daughter of John L and Katherine Burke Quinn and was a lifelong area resident.
She was a 1944 graduate of Ursuline High School. She received her degree in education from Youngstown College, where she was Madi Gras Queen her senior year.
Rosemary was a member of St. Columba Parish all of her life. She was also a member of the Newman Center, Junior Newman, Catholic Collegiate and Youngstown Country Club.
She is survived by her husband, Howard J. OMalley Jr., whom she married June 10, 1950; two sons, Breen (Lori) OMalley of Canfield and John (Verna) OMalley of Gulfport, Miss.; and three grandchildren, Howard Jay OMalley IV, Séan OMalley and Bridget OMalley.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Howard J. OMalley III.
