Anne Margaret Cole, 95

BOARDMAN – Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Saint Charles Church for Anne Margaret Cole, 95, who died July 1 at Shepherd of the Valley.
Mrs. Cole was born Dec. 3, 1912, in Youngstown, a daughter of Lawrence and Pearl Stepay Rubeck. She was a graduate of East High School and YSU. She retired in 1977 as a school teacher, having taught at Saint Dominic School and Princeton Junior High School. Anne was a member of Saint Charles Church and its Ladies’ Guild and was a Lay minister. She was also a member of the OEA (Ohio Education Association) and the AAUW.
Her husband, Robert C. Cole, whom she married in 1938, died in 1956.
She leaves two sons, Robert C. (Elvera) Cole of Poland and Michael Cole of Boardman; and three grandchildren, Christina, Bobby and Angela Cole of Poland.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Roger Cole; a brother, Michael Rubeck; and a sister, Mary Stiveson.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home and 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at church.
