Goldie E. Andino, 85

WARREN – Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. at the Vaschak-Kirila Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Church at 10:30 a.m. for Goldie Andino, 85, who passed away Saturday morning.
She was born Nov. 21,1923, the daughter of the late David and Elizabeth (Rubenic) Vrancich.
Goldie was a graduate of Wilson High School and had a Nursing diploma from Youngstown Hospital Association.
She was a Surgical Registered Nurse in the operating room for Youngstown Hospital Association, currently Forum Health, retiring in 1989.
Goldie was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Croatian Catholic Church, a member of the Daughters Club at church, Catholic Nurses Association & Retired Nurses of Youngstown Hospital Association, and the ACC Club in Youngstown.
She is survived by her three daughters, Judith (Joe) Pecorelli of Warren, Elizabeth (David) Ghioldi of Boardman and Diane (Randy) Paliga of Lynchburg, Va.; three sisters, Madeline (James) Allison of California, Elizabeth (Rocco) Secre of Cleveland and Theresa DeMarinis of Florida; and five grandchildren, Joseph Pecorelli, Matthew (Roslyn) Pecorelli, David Ghioldi, Michael Paliga and Rachel Paliga.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic Andino, whom she married July 28,1951, who passed away June 12,1984; four brothers, Michael, David, William and Matthew Vrancich; and two sisters, Mary Ann Vrancich and Jennie Delanzo.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
